What is Leadership Community?

 

Leadership Community is an exciting, new, on-going approach to small group leadership training, where Redeemer’s current, emerging, and potential small group leaders sharpen their leadership skills. Each two-hour session emphasizes the connections leaders need to effectively carry out their small group tasks, including:

 

Training                                 Fine-tune leadership skills

Accountability                       Grow toward personal and group goals

Support                                 Brainstorm with other group leaders

Celebration                            Praise God for His work!

Leadership Community meets from 9-11 a.m. on the following dates:

 

November 14, 2009         Implementing a Small Group Ministry Plan

January 9, 2010              Birthing Well

March 13, 2010              The Open Chair

May 8, 2010                   Staying Connected through the Summer Doldrums

 

Breakfast, coffee, childcare, and a table of new small group resources are provided free of charge!
